Turn A Dollar Tree Laundry Basket Into A Christmas Tree Collar ~ Dollar Tree Hacks
INSTRUCTIONS FROM POST >>> Wanted a collar for my small tree that I can put outside in the entry area. Used a Dollar Tree clothes basket, cut bottom out, painted with hammered gray spray paint to look galvanized and then weaved burlap ribbon around in rows. Finished with rope around top and bottom.
